We know you have choices when it comes to Valentine’s Day dinner, so we have a solution! At The Gables at Chadds Ford, you can choose to come in and celebrate on Saturday, February 11, Sunday, February 12, and Tuesday, February 14.

Woo that special someone with our Aphrodisiac Tasting Menu, four creatively crafted courses courtesy of our award-winning chef Dave Wenerd. We may be partial, but we think he’s outdone himself this year, all for just $55 per person:

First Course: Tuna Tartare Crostini

Enjoy ahi tuna, avocado purée, chorizo and toasted pecans.

Second Course: Fried Oyster Salad

Nibble cornmeal-crusted oysters atop arugula, radicchio and pear tomatoes topped with creamy Worcestershire dressing.

Third Course: Saffron and Lobster Carbonara

Dig into tender chunks of lobster tail and claw with asparagus tips, confit garlic and bell peppers kissed with basil and shaved Pecorino.

Fourth Course: Bittersweet Crème Brulee

Savor bittersweet chocolate crème brulee with a chocolate and almond tulle cookie and fresh raspberries.

Make it even more of a celebration with something from the bar—perhaps a glass of bubbly, like prosecco or champagne. Your server will be happy to help you select just the right wine pairing from our wine list or our reserve wine menu. Not in the mood for wine?
