We think our sous chef, Joel is a great guy, so we sat down with him to ask him a few questions. Here’s what he had to say!
Gables: Where did you grow up?
Joel: South Philadelphia
Gables: What was your favorite food as a kid?
Gables: How long have you worked in restaurants?
Joel: 10 years, on and off.
Gables: How often do you cook at home?
Joel: Usually 3 days a week.
Gables: What is your favorite comfort food?
Joel: Chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes and sweet corn.

Gables: As a kid, what did you do that got you in trouble?
Joel: I loved “Home Alone”, so I would set traps around the house trying to mimic what happened in the movie.

Gables: If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be?
Joel: I would love to be at the game when the Broad Street Bullies played Russia!
